Extracts dated 6th July 1841 from the will of Benjamin Rawson Esq. of Nidd Hall in the county of York, which was proved on the 21st August 1844 by Mary and Elizabeth Rawson at London. The extracts include details of a legacy to Charles Guy Trafford, the eldest son of Benjamin Rawson’s daughter Anne and his descendants in tail male, who inherited Michaelchurch Court and the attached estate.
