Advertisement dated March 4th 1760 of the sale of the Manor or Lordship of Ewyas Lacy on the part of John Jeffreys, and all his estates lying within the parishes of Clodock, Michaelchurch Escley, St Margarets, Rowlestone and Walterstone. The property is put up at a price of £10,000 and includes the chief rents and heriots to 240 freehold tenements as well as rents from properties under leases for lives or leases for 1,000 years granted in the reign of Queen Elizabeth.
