Description:

Isaac Taylor’s map of Herefordshire published in 1786 was a re-issue of his original 1754 map, the first one inch to the mile survey of the county and the first to show relief by the use of hatching. An extract showing the Hundred of Ewyas Lacy has been photographed from the original document and can be downloaded as a PDF file for more detailed study.
