The auction sale of the Bacton estate was held at the Green Dragon Hotel, Hereford on Wednesday 14th May 1919. The lots shown on this part of the Estate map include Blackbush Farm and The Poplars [lot 3], part of Longwood farm [lot 4], Farmhouse Farm and Woodhouse farm [lot 6], Landerwen farm [lot7], Bacton Manor [lot 11], part of Apple Tree and the Post Office [lot 12], Newcourt Farm [lot 23] and Newcourt Mill [lot24].
