The separate large utility room has also has an array of units and space for further white goods. The downstairs cloakroom benefits from having a walk-in shower and a contemporary circular bowl sits on a glass vanity shelf. The living room adjacent has high ceilings and a feature of this room is undoubtedly the stonebuilt chimney breast, beneath which is housed a wood burning stove, ideal for those cosy nights in by the fire. This lovely room also benefits from having far reaching views to the picturesque countryside in the distance which creates a feeling of peace and relaxation. One of the windows has the original shutters and looks out onto a private courtyard area. French doors lead out to the garden. The adjoining study is ideal for those perhaps wishing to work for home and would also make an ideal play room.
