Sale Particulars for the Chanstone Court Estate, sold by auction on the 12th November 1913. The property was sold in two lots, the first being Chanstone Court with Chanstone Court Farm, and the second Chanstone Mill and lands. The vendor was Bettina Maud Capper [previously Trafford, nee Partridge], whose father WB Partridge had settled the property on his daughter probably at the time of her first marriage to Henry Randolph Trafford of Michaelchurch Court in 1899.
