Advertisement dated May 31st 1850 of the sale, pursuant to an order of the High Court of Chancery in the cause of Cox vs. Taylor, of freehold property and land including a water corn grist mill, a water malt mill and a machine for dressing clover, known by the name of Pontannest’s [otherwise Pontannis, Pontannes or Pontannys] Mills. The property is said to be occupied by Joshua Harris, a tenant of the defendant Thomas Taylor.
