1698. Bond of James Nicholls of Clodock to William Pytt for £160 following indentures tripartite of assignment of this date between Helen Parry of Michaelchurch Escley, widow, James Nicholls and William Pytt. 24 June 1698.

Other bonds are referred to involving John Parry to his mother Helen; schedule of deeds from John Parry of Roulston [Rowlestone]; John Parry other and William Pytt.

Also RC/H11/124 includes a reference to lands in Michaelchurch Escley left in William Pytt of Howton’s will of 6 April 1705 to his son [not named].
