Image of newspaper cutting dated 4 September 1819 describing the sale by auction of Old Court and Lleyney, Cwmbullog farm, and Upper Bryn Farm totalling about 445 acres in the parish of Clodock. Some information on rental income is given and it is noted that the Llanvihangle Railway, communicating with the Brecon and Abergavenny canal, is close by to facilitate the conveyance of coal and lime.
