Lord Abergavenny grants to James Jenkins of par Clodock, co Hereford, bachelor, 4 (Welsh) acres of customary land with appurtenances, near the Blackhill, par Clodock and manor of Ewyas Lacy, heretofore the copyhold land of Lewis Jenkins and now in the tenure of John Jenkins, father of the said James and recently deceased.
For the lives of the said James Jenkins, aged about 26 and Catherine, daughter of Benedict Gilbert of par Clodock, aged about 9 months.
Rent £0 1s 0d pa., with £1 10s 0d as a heriot and with suit of court.
