For lives of Margaret daughter of (2) aged 27, Walter Powell grandson of (2) aged 6, and John Jones, grandson of  (2), aged 4.

Rent: 6d with 5/- as a heriot and with suit of court.

Witnesses: Robert Matthew, John Day and Job Gilbert.

(b) Memo that William Morgan of par Langaron, labourer, assigns to Walter Powel a lease of ‘a little place’ on a Common called Lower Mescoide, for £4, Margaret Jones, sister of W. M. being left in possession for her life at a rent of 4/- pa. Witnesses: Henry Powell and Ben Smith
