(2) Margaret Jones of par St Cluddock, widow
A house and 1 acre of land on Lower Mescoed Common par St Cluddock in occupation of (2).
For lives of Margaret daughter of (2) aged 27, Walter Powell grandson of (2) aged 6, and John Jones, grandson of (2), aged 4.
Rent: 6d with 5/- as a heriot and with suit of court.
Witnesses: Robert Matthew, John Day and Job Gilbert.
