(1) Rt Hon William Lord Abergavenny

(2) Thomas Pritchard of par St Clodocks, carpenter

A house, gardens, orchards and 11/2  acre of land on Lower Mescoed.  For the lives of (2) aged 35, Elizabeth his wife aged 41, and Sarah Christopher, wife of Thomas Christopher of Upper Mescoed labourer.

Rent 1/6d with 5/- as a heriot and with suit of court.

Witnesses: Robert Matthew, John Wattam; Job Gilbert, John Day

Endorsed:

(a) Livery of seisin, 19 June, 1737. Witnessed by William Morgan, William Lewis and Walter Powell

(b) Lease expired March 1782 on death of Elizabeth Pritchard, the last surviving life.

(c) Lease formerly granted to Jane Reynolds.
