(1). Rt Hon William, Lord Abergavenny
(2). William Prosser of parish of 'Cluddock', Co. Hereford, yeoman
A parcel of land in the parish of Cluddock in the possession of (2) and called 'Maineglasse' [ [Maenglas] and Byhome of about 40 ac and also 3 parcels of arable and pasture about 12 ac called Lady Meadow or 'Keye dem yr Hewl' [Caie deum yr Hewle]
For the lives of (2) aged 60 and Thomas, his son, aged 24
Rent 2 live capons and 9/7d with 5/- as a heriot and with suit of court.
