A piece of land called Wayn Vawr or Wayne Velon, now in the possession of (2) [boundaries given] parish of Clodock.
For the lives of (2), Elizabeth his wife and John their son .
Rent 6/8d p. a. with 5/- as a heriot and with suit of court.
