A messuage, with appurtenances and 9 parcels of land of about 38 ac in the occupation of  Jane Powell, widow and in the parish of Clodock [boundaries given] for natural lives of Phillipp, Blanch and Joane the son and daughters of (2) by Elizabeth his wife.

Rent 3/6d p.a. and 2 capons; with suit of court (Manor of Ewyas Lacy)

Witnesses: Ro Jenkins and Anthony Bradshaw.

Observations:

This land is stated to be in Clodock but Olphen is a corruption of Olchon and it should therefore be in Llanveynoe.
