Observations:
Bond and inventory. Bond witnessed by Thomas Price and Jenkin Jones whilst Inventory has odd arithmetic as comprises only two items his wearing apparel valued at £4 and a lease, made in 1626 granted by John Thomas Price and Thomas Gilbert, at £180 the total should be £184 not the £190 shown, with coversheet which indicates that William Gilbert is the next of kin. The coversheet also has a note saying, 'Mr -rice is to send the other 12/- to Mr Trintor to the Hay'; 3 sheets in all.
