Beneficiaries:
To daughter, Margaret, one cow, eleven sheep i.e. 8 yearlings and 3 two year olds, a new feather bed and bolster, the best coverlid, 2 blankets and 4 pairs of hempen and flaxen sheets all to be delivered on the death of the testator - plus £28 to be paid her within a year of his death.
To daughter, Elinor, five sheep i.e.2 ewes and 3 yearling 'theaurs'[?][ this is likely to be a local adaptation of Theave meaning a first year ewe - Chambers 20th Century Dictionary] again to be delivered on his death with £20 paid one year after his death.
To daughter, Anne, one cow, and 4 sheep delivered as above on his death and £15 within a year.
To son, John, the grey mare with the best saddle and bridle, 13 sheep (3 ewes and 10 'theaurs'). delivered on his death and £15 16 0d paid within a year .
To son, William, ten yearling sheep delivered as above and £6 within a year of death.
To son, Thomas, £8 to be paid at the end of 5yrs after the death of the testator with 13/4d a year in the interim.
To granddaughter, Sible Price, one cow and a yearling heifer or 50/- in lieu when she reaches 21. If Sible does not survive to 21 the legacy to be divided equally between his children.
To wife. Katherine, 'the use of my great brasse pott' for her life time and then it to pass to son, John.
the next section of the will deals with what is to happen if any of the children die in the year before they are paid their money. Their legacy is to be split amongst the survivors.
Residual legatee is Wife, Katherine.
Executrix: wife, Katherine with cousin, John William Watkins and son, John as overseers not only of the will but also to see that granddaughter Sible be maintained and educated according 'to the trust reposed in me by her father Thomas Price'.

The documents include a bond dated 4 march 1643 with bounden Catherine Prichard of Clodock, widow and Walter Phillipps of the same, yeoman and John Prichard, son in a surety of £300.
