Date of Probate:
11 June 1772 .

2. Inventory: dated
27 May 1772 , value £341 5 8d. Appraisers William Gwillim and Robert Gwillim

Observations:

An interesting inventory taken room by room, it also provides a list of debtors showing William Gwillim one of the appraisers with a £200 mortgage and owing £81 13 2d in interest. As Anne Nichols had no live stock and only a few bit and pieces of farm equipment she clearly rented out her land and her tenants by this inventory were both overdue in their rent.
