1. Will undated
Beneficiaries: To daughters, Anne and Elizabeth, all that real estate called Garn Gwlod and all personal estate to be divided equally between them.
Executors: daughters, Anne and Elizabeth, with Henry Marsh appointed trustee to oversee the division of the estate.
Marked by the testator

Date of Probate:
2. Inventory: dated
Observations:
An interesting inventory taken room by room, it also provides a list of debtors showing William Gwillim one of the appraisers with a £200 mortgage and owing £81 13 2d in interest. As Anne Nichols had no live stock and only a few bit and pieces of farm equipment she clearly rented out her land and her tenants by this inventory were both overdue in their rent.
