To cousin, David Thomas, the testators house, barn and lands together with all boards benches and forms therein on the understanding that David Thomas will allow the testator's sister to have the use of the house for her lifetime.
To niece, Jayne vch Gilbert, a brass pot and a coffer. 
To nephew, George Ciril Gilbert, one posnet.
'All the rest I do appoint towards my funeral expenses and to discharge my debts'
