Observations:

An unusually short will with interesting witnesses. Was Edward Howell churchwarden or some other warden? What was Rees Thomas' role? Was 'eide' a misspelling of 'aide' and if so to whom was he an aide?
Her documents include a bond with bounden Elizabeth Thomas of Clodock, widow and Edward Powell and George Prichard of the same place, yeomen in a surety of £200.

Her inventory is reproduced below with modern spelling.
