Beneficiaries: To 'well beloved' wife,
Elizabeth , all his freehold property at Cwmyoy, Monmouthshire on condition she pays all his debts and remains a widow. If not, his personal goods and profits from the estate to be equally divided between his children. On Elizabeth's death the real estate is bequeathed to son, John on condition that within one year of his Mother's death he divides £400 equally between is brothers and sisters [un- named]

Executrix: wife, Elizabeth Hopkins.

Signed by testator.

Witnesses: Phil. Price, clerk, Martha Cadogan and John Prichard.
