To Catherine his wife the mill and lands he purchased from Mr Robert Parry of 'Dueles' [Dulas]. After her death it is to go to John Delahay of Clodock, on condition that his heirs pay £60 of which £25 is to go to the testator's son Walter and the rest to be divided equally between his two daughters, Elizabeth and Mary.
To
Elizabeth , £6, which is owed by bond by Margaret Jenkins, widow, of Longtown and William her son. Also another sum of 20/- owed by Alice Parry, widow, of Longtown.
All the rest of his goods and chattels to be divided equally between his wife, Walter, his son and his two daughters.

Executrix: daughter, Elizabeth.
