Beneficiaries: To Mary Smith 'wife of my late brother, David Smith', during her widowhood, the real estate, purchased by the testator's late husband Rees Morgan from Richard Grunow and which he, the late husband, left to the testator. On her re marriage or death the estate to go to David Smith, Mary Smith's son. On condition that Mary Smith or David Smith pay Thomas and Benjamin Maddox £15 as stipulated in husband Rees Morgan's will. And once David inherits he is to pay his brother 10/ - per year. If David dies without heirs then property passes to Richard.
To Edith and Frances, daughters of brother, Thomas, 2 flaxen sheets, one pewter platter and one heifer.
To nephew, Richard Smith, one feather bed.
To John, son of brother David Smith, one chest
To Marabell Griffiths, a blanket and a pair of coarse sheets. Also one ewe.
To Thomas, son of brother David, the biggest brass kettle, on condition he pay 20/- to niece Edith.
To niece Edith, a brass pot and to niece Frances, the middling kettle

Finally she orders the £5 by bond owed by David Parry to be used for funeral expenses and £2 be paid to Martha Jones from the profits and rent of '…my lands in Michaelchurch parish.'
