Observations:

The documents include a Bond dated 2 July 1633 with bounden Jouhan vch Richard of Clodock, spinster and John William of the same place, yeoman in a surety of £100.
We can guess from the different family names of the grandchildren, Jouhan, Anne and Mary together with the demand with the £2 legacy to the testator's daughter Mary on condition that Jouhan be permitted to live in the house she has been left, that these 3 granddaughters were in the care of William Prichard James, their father, presumably, being dead.
