To daughter, Margaret Harry Watkins, 2 kine and best brass pan ' if she and her husband will deliver to Marie John James the brass pan of mine that they have in their keeping', one brand iron, the best bedstead, 4 sheep, 8 bushels of pound corn, the black mare, 10 bushels of oats, 2 platters, one plate, one cupboard, one barrel which 'she hath in her custody', 'my best gown, one wool spinning wheel, a pair of coarse sheets, best table cloth, , one coarse table cloth, 2 table napkins, one pillow and pillowbeer, the best chest, one chaff bed and a bolster.
To daughter, Katherine Harry Watkins, 8 bushels of muncorn, 20 bushels of oats, 4 sheep and 2 sucking pigs. The testator states that William Watkin, Katherine's husband is to provide a general release of all former legacies, debts and demands to the executor before any of Katherine's legacies are handed over. If he fails to provide such a release then she is not to receive her legacies. or any benefit under this will.
To Marie John James, one cow, 4 sheep a yearling heifer, 'my yearling colt', the best feather bolster, one pewter platter, the brass pan that Eustance has in his keeping, 'one covering of whit[white] and bleewe[blue]' a pillow and pillowbeer, 6 bushels of muncorn, 10 bushels of oats, a barrel, the long stand, the best wool spinning 'while [wheel]', brass chafing dish and a white candlestick.
To Elinor John James, one cow, one 'wainling [weaning?] heifer, 2 sheep, 4 bushels of muncorn, 6 bushels of oats, one pair of sheets, one little yellow candlestick and one bedstead.
To Katherine Thomas, one cow, one yearling heifer th[rest of the word missing, probably three] sheep, one pair of sheets, and a pewter platter.
To Elizabeth Lewis, 3 sheep, one pair of sheets, [undecipherable] yearling heifer.
To Daughter, Jonet, 5 sheep, 2 bushels of muncorn, 4 bushels of oats and a pair of sheets.
To William Lewis, one yearling bull.
To Elizabeth Thomas, 2 sheep, one yearling beast.
To sister Maude, 2 bushels of muncorn and 4 bushels of oats.
To Walter George, one weaning calf.
To Margaret George, one weaning calf.
To John Phillip David, one sheep.
To son George Harry Watkin, the residue of all the goods and cattle towards the payment of £20 owed; that is £10 each to Elizabeth and Katherine Thomas.
