Beneficiaries: To daughter, Mary, one half of the house and lands currently in the tenure of the testator for her lifetime and thence to grandchildren, Abednigo and Mary Prichard, son and daughter of daughter, Anne Prichard
To Anne Prichard, daughter, the other half of the estate for her lifetime. [ a fold in the document has covered the details of what happens after Anne's decease]
If Anne survives her husband, Peter Prichard, and re-marries, then her half is to go immediately to Mary, granddaughter, and Abednigo.
If after the decease of the survivor of daughters Mary and Anne, Abednigo pays his sister £20 he will immediately inherit the lot.
[the next few lines have been torn and cannot be read] it seems to concern land and tenements etc lying in Clodock which came to the testator from her sister, Margaret Lucas, deceased.
All household goods and personal estate to daughter, Anne, for her lifetime and thence to granddaughter, Mary Prichard.

Inventory unusual in that all amounts are spelled out in words. Documents include a bond, with the two executors bound, and a coversheet; 4 sheets in all.
