Beneficiaries: To his wife, Joan, all his household goods and various farm animals for her provision.
To James, son of William Gilbert and the testator's sister Oliff [Olive?], 20/-, ewes and lambs.
To Catherine Price, one ewe and one lamb. The same to William Jones and to Judith Jones.
To Hugh Lewis, £3 to be distributed by him to Thomas Watkins, 40/- to be divided by him to 'such as he sees fitt' and 20/- to James Hughes of Hay to similarly dispose of there.
To wife Joan, 50 sheep or if she dies within one year of his death he bequeaths to Sara, the daughter of James Launden, the sum of £40 and his best feather bed and various other household goods.
To Elizabeth Garson, one ewe and a lamb.
To Isabell Awbrey, a yearling.
To Elizabeth Watkin and to Jane Parry, one ewe and a lamb each.
To his brother, Simon Watkin, 20/- and a ewe and a lamb and a yearling.
To his other brothers, James and Thomas, he leaves ewes and their lambs.
To his brother John, 40/-
To his daughters, Mary and Blanch, 2 ewes and lambs each; with 2 wethers to James their brother. .
Various other items of household goods left to other relations .
All these legacies to be revoked if his wife survives for a year after his death.

Executors: wife, Joan, brother James Watkin and Hugh Lewis.

Witnesses: John Robert, John Watkin, Thomas John[?], Lewis James and Thomas Watkin
