dated 5 October 1735 [ this must be a misprint by the writer as it would make the testator at least 103 and as he probably couldn't make a will before his majority he would have to be 124 in 1838!]
Benificiaries: To Elizabeth Bevan, spinster, sister, the cottage and lands called Pant where the testator lived, for her lifetime; then to nephew John Lewis. Also to
Elizabeth all chattels, furniture and personal effects for her to dispose of as she wishes.

Executrix: Elizabeth Bevan, sister.
