Beneficiaries: To brother in law, James Daniel, £10.
To brother, John Lewis, £2 10 0d.
To nephew, William Davis, £4 and to nephew, John Davis, £2 10 0d.
To niece, Jane Daniel, £3.
To nephew and nieces, David, Margaret and Ann Davis, all household goods, furniture, linen and woollen bed clothes to be divided between them.
To Richard Davis, nephew, £12 a mortgage secured on Pen yr hewl, 'wherein my Thomas Davis my brother in law now dwells' and the interest of which is now due. John Prichard gent of the Vedow, Rowleston is appointed trustee for Richard Davis.
To sister, Mary Prosser all '…my messuage, premisies and land called and known as [blank] situate and lying in Clodock' for her life time subject to her paying the interest due on the mortgage plus 20/- per year to the Presbyterian Chapel in Clodock known as New Chapel. On her death it is to go to nephew, James Prosser, under similar conditions plus he is to pay nephew William Prosser £10 within a year of inheriting.
To niece, Mary Symonds, wife of Noah Symonds, ' my dwelling house called Cwmbach, for her own use outside the control of her husband, provided she pay the £3 legacy to niece Jane Daniel mentioned above.
To executor Phillip Gwillim 10/- for his trouble.
Anything else to be used by his executors for the payment of funeral and other expenses and debts and afterwards if there is any residue it to go to brother John Lewis.

Documents include a bond with bounden William Prosser of Abergavenny husband of Mary Prosser, next of kin to the deceased, a registration instruction, an admon and 3 coversheets; 9 sheets in all.
