undated states he died 'about the latter end of September last past.'
Beneficiaries: To daughter Sible a brass pot and a chair.
To wife, Sible, all the rest of his goods, cattle and chattels.

Executrix: Sible, daughter. [the daughter is described by the writer as 'about one year and a quarter']

No witnesses and as the endorsement described below is in the same hand as the will it seems to be a copy.

2. Inventory: dated 6 December1667 value untotalled but comes to £13 10 0d. Appraisers Lewis Rees Harry, Hugh Charles and Thomas Lewis.

 

 

Observations:

There is an endorsement to the Will in the same hand writing as the Will itself. It is a request for administration by Richard Charles, father in law of the deceased because he states the widow is 'Distracted' and he is standing surety for his son in law and needs to settle his debts and maintain the children. Documents include a bond; 3 sheets in total.
