Beneficiaries: To Richard, son, ' …all that lands and tenemts wch I have under John Jeffreys Esq. for and during all the Interest and teanure [tenure] I have therein.' Also the long table from the Hall, one cupboard from the parlour, one brass pot, one bed and all the shelves in the house.
To wife Elizabeth all the remainder of his personal estate for her use during her lifetime, provided she does not remarry. On her death it shall go to be divided between three daughters or their legitimate heirs
