Beneficiaries: She leaves her goods and chattels 'between [document torn here] ..Rees and Margaret Rees my three children'
To James, her son, a cupboard, her best brass pot and best tableboard and frame
To daughters Johan and Margaret, all her household stuff not already bequeathed to be equally divided between them.

Executors: Harry Howell, brother in law and daughter Johan with Howell Ychan of Llanveynoe as overseer. If Harry Howell refuses then daughters Johan and Margaret are to be joint executrices.

Observations:

Documents include a bond with Johan Price, spinster of Clodock and Henry Howell of Michaelchurch Eskley bounden and named as administrators and a coversheet; 4 sheets in all.
All the documents are severely damaged with large holes on one edge but on the whole perfectly readable although some of the inventory is missing. Unusually a salt cellar is mentioned.
