Beneficiaries: To Hugh Prichard [page torn] 2 parcels of land which her husband Henry John purchased by lease from Thomas John with two parcels of land called Cae Quarrel and Cae Grabban with a 'house that I have bilded' in Clodock to pay her debt of £8. After payment of the debt the land to go to daughters Johan and Elizabeth Harry. They paying yearly to their sister Sible Harry, wife of James Harry of 'Langartock Libondwell', one third part of the rent from the lands. Sible not to have possession of either the house or lands but only one third of the rent. 2 other parcels of land involved called Caye Yethin and Cay Saydd leased by Thomas Jenkins which would fall on expiry of the lease into the hands of the 3 sisters.
To Elizabeth, daughter, her bed and bedstead.
