To the four children of Rowland Richard als Treherne, 4 lambs, i.e one each.
To Mauld John Richard, one ewe and a lamb.
To nephew, James Rees, £5 and the best brass pan.
To John Rees, £5.
To niece, Johan Rees, the best bed, a coverlet, a bolster and all the appurtenances to the bed, best brass pot and £5.
To niece, Elinor Rees, £5.
To loving brother, Rees Howell, all the rest of her goods, cattle and chattels. The household effects not already bequeathed to be divided by him as executor between his two daughters Johan and Elinor.
