Benificiaries: To wife one cow and her keep for as long as she is unmarried also one kettle, one bedstead, coverlid, blanket and one sheet.
To Daughter, Ane [?Anne], one two year old heifer called [unreadable].
To Daughter, Cattren [?Catherine], one two year old heifer.
To Daughter, Jowan, one yearling heifer and 50/- 'to be payd her within the compass of two years after she comes to her lawfull age'. .
To Daughter, Fance [?Fancie], 'one coffer there yeuse instead of her mother' and 50/-.
To Daughter,
Elizabeth , 50/- and one coffer to be paid when she comes of age.
To Daughter, Mauld, [?Maud], 50/- to be paid when she comes of age.
To son Peeter, 'my house and all thereunto belonging' except one room for the use of his wife whilst she remains unmarried and a second room for the use of the unmarried daughters. Also the rest of his catlle and household stuff for the discharge of debts.

Observations:

The handwriting of this will is illiterate and the spelling idiosyncratic especially of the names, a difficult document to read. Documents include a bond, which is interesting in that it sites Peter Antony as living in Clydoge, county Hereford but the deceased as late of Clodock, county Radnor, also 2 coversheets; 5 sheets in all.
