Benificiaries: To wife, Rebeka, a messuage and leasehold lands in Lower ['Mes' deleted probably intended to be Mescoed] and on her death it all to go to only son. Also to wife, one cow, 4 bushels of wheat, 4 bushels of oats, a bed with appurtenances, two iron pots, a skillet and a barrel.
To daughter, Elizabeth Walters, 20/-
To daughter, Anne Pembridge, 20/- and to grandson, Joseph Pembridge, 2/6d.
To daughter Hannah Probert, 20/-
To son, Phillip all the remainder of his personal goods.
