Beneficiaries: To brother in law, David Watkins, all stock, crops and implements, in trust, to pay off all debts and funeral expenses any surplus to be applied to the maintenance and upbringing of her three children.
To sons, William and George, a bed and bedstead each.
To daughter, Elizabeth, all the rest of the household furniture.
Executor: David Watkins, with Walter Marsh Esq. and Rev. John Rogers, vicar of Clodock, appointed as guardians and trustees for the children
