Beneficiaries: To nephew John Prosser, yeoman of Ewyas Harold, son of sister Mary Prosser, all the freehold estate called Bilbo with all rents and profits etc., with the requirement he settle all the legacies and annuities provided.
To wife Anne George, an annuity of £15 to be paid in 4 equal, quarterly instalments from the rents and profits of Bilbo. Also she to have, for her sole and separate use the parlour, the 2 rooms over the parlour and the closet together with the beds ad bedsteads in the rooms. In addition, one feather bed and, 'all the goods she was possessed of at the time I was married to her, also 20 bushels of wheat and all the butter and cheese and meat in the house at the time of my death'. Plus the use of all the household stuff during her lifetime. On her death it is all to go to John Prosser.
To sister, Mary Prosser, an annuity of £10 to be paid on the death of Anne George.
To nieces, Joan Prosser, Mary Hughes and Elizabeth Prosser and to nephew, Thomas Prosser, £20 each. These 4 legacies to be charged to the half share of Bilbo formerly belonging to the testator's uncle David George, 'which moiety he did by his last will and testament devise the same to me and my wife Anne'. They are to be paid by John Prosser within 2 years.
To nephews and nieces, William Evans, Frances Phillips, Anne Evans, Mary Evans, Elizabeth Evans, John Prichard, Mary Prichard, Ann Prichard, James Prichard, William Prichard, and Elizabeth Prichard, £20 each. These 11 legacies to be charged to the moiety of Bilbo that was the testator's father's, 'as heir at law to my grandfather John George'. They are to be paid by John Prosser from that and no other lands or personal estate within 4 years of the death of wife, Anne.
