Beneficiaries: To his 4 sons, John, the eldest, Hugh, David and Lewis, the youngest , 14/- p.a. each. These annuities to be a charge on the profits from 2 parcels of land purchased from James Parry, gent, called Gosloundith in the parish of Clodock.
To Lewis Watkins all his leasehold lands in 'Walterston wch he holds under John Jeffreys Esq.'
To his son, David, ' ..all the house and gardens where I now dwell togeather wth all my loomes and all other tooles and implements belonging to the weaving trade' on condition that son, Lewis 'shall make use of the two lower rooms[?] as long as he shall have occasion.'
To sons, David and Lewis, all his household stuff equally divided between them.
To son, Hugh, one yoke of bullocks.
To son, David, two heifers.
To his 'beloved' wife, Margaret, £4 p.a. from the lands at Walterstone and the full rent of Gosloundith and the use of the household stuff.
Son, Lewis and wife, Margaret to be residual legatees.
