To son, John Phe[lip] Parry, 30/-, a cupboard, 2 pans, a brass pot, a little skillet, a frying pan, a broche, a candlestick, 2 coffers, a chair, 2 tubs and trind and stand.
To Phe[llip] Lluis William, 30/-, 2 pans, a brass pot, 2 candlesticks, one little skillet, one plate, 2 tubs, a trind and a stand, a great pail, 2 table cloths, one fine sheet, a mustard mill one coishing [cushion?], a banket [blanket] and a brandard.
To Thomas John Phe Harry, one cow.
To Harry Phe Lluis, a cow.
To John Phe Lluis, 10/- 'that is upon the hands of William Prise Lluis' and 2 mares.

Executors: John Phe[llip] Parry and Phe. Lluis William.
