Beneficiaries: The rent from the lease she holds under John Jeffreys Esq. is to be distributed in the following manner:
To Dinah Phillipps, wife of Howell Phillipps, 40/- p.a.
To Lewis Griffiths, her brother, 10/- p.a.
To niece, Mary Edwards, widow of Abergavenny, 10/- p.a. for her lifetime and on her death 5/- p.a. to each of her daughters, Anne and Margaret, provided they 'aid and assist theire said mother Mary Edwards during her natural life'.
To Mary Griffiths, daughter of Lewis Griffiths, 5/- p.a.
To Joan Davies, widow of 'Lanveynoe', 5/- p.a.
To Joseph Jones of Craswall, yeoman, 5/- p.a.
To Thomas Lewis of Craswall, 10/- p.a.
To William Price of the Cayo in the
township of Llanveynoe , 30/- p.a. with 10/- more after the obtaining of a further granting of the lease.
To nephew, James Thomas of Michaelchurch Escley, blacksmith, 40/- p.a.
To nephew Thomas Phillipps, 10/- p.a. and her best bed.
Various bequest of household furniture follow.
Thomas Prichard of Craswall, yeoman, Simon Thomas of Longtown, yeoman, James Beavan of Cwmyoy, Monmouth, yeoman and David Watkins of Craswall, yeoman to be joint trustees.
£5 to be paid for her funeral
