Beneficiaries:
To the cathedral church of St Davids , 6d.
To wife, Elizabeth, his lands, tenements etc. called Comcoced [Cwmcoched] and which he purchased from David Thomas, for her lifetime and thence to son, John Delahay on condition that within 2 years of her death John pays £20 to each of the testator's children by Elizabeth .

2. Inventory:   undated; valued at £14  18  0d [but comes to £15  4  0d].  Appraisers: John Watkins, Phabian Phillipps.

 

 

Observation

The documents include a bond dated 15 November 1650 with bounden Elizabeth Delahay of Clodock, widow and Fabian Phillipps of the same gent in a surety of £200.
