Beneficiaries: To his nephew, the Rev James Meredith, 5/-.
To James Meredith's son, John, all his messuage called Lower House or 'Lower Comb'. After the death of the testator's brother Samuel Jenkins, he bequeaths another piece of ground called Cae Inon to John Meredith provided he pays the mortgage.
To, nephew Thomas Meredith, after the death of brother Samuel, his house called Upper House formerly known as ' William Harry's house', provided Thomas pays the mortgage on the land and £5 to his sister Martha Lewis.
To his reputed daughter, Anne Jenkins, £20 and some household goods.
To nephew, William Jones, 10/-
To Martha Lewis, £10.
To Martha Davis, £10.
To Elizabeth Griffiths, £10.
To Anne Osborn and her sister Mary, £4 each; all his pewter to be equally divided between Anne Osborn and her 2 sisters..
To niece, Anne Jenkins, £10.
To Mary Lloyd, £2.
To Elizabeth Lewis, £2.
Lastly he ' …further wills and orders that one large cupboard, one large table and one bedstead should remain as standards where they are'
Residual legatee to be brother, Samuel.

Observations:

No Inventory. Documents include a commission from the Bishop's Court to the incumbent and curates of Clodock to obtain a sworn statement from the executor that the will is the true will also a signed statement from Thomas Elias a curate of Clodock that he has so sworn Samuel Jenkins. Includes a coversheet; 5 sheets in all.
