Beneficiaries: To his 'lovinge wife Alice' two closes called 'kae Kothine & kae yr werne' containing 12 acres, lying in the
township of Craswall . On her death the closes to go to son, Henry on condition he pay his sisters Alice and Jane £11 to be equally divided between them. A default on this payment would permit the two sisters to retain the closes until the debt is paid.
To grandson, Walter, son of John Barnard, 2 yearling beasts.
To wife Alice, all goods, cattle and chattels for her lifetime and thence to the two daughters Alice and Jane .

Executrix: Alice Harry, wife.

Witnesses: Robert Jennings, [?] Lewis and Rowland Jennings, junior.
