Beneficiaries: To Constance, wife, all the testator's copyhold estate in Clodock together with all his stock and personal estate for her lifetime.
Thence to Constance, daughter of James Thomas of Clodock on condition she pay legacies:
To brother, Henry Jenkin, £10 and testator's best suit, and to his daughters Jane and Elizabeth £5 each.
To brother, William Harries, £20 and testator's second best suit, and to his son, Phillipp £10 to purchase an apprenticeship, 'in some handy craft or trade'.
To sister, Mary James, £5 and to Jane her daughter, £5

Executrix: Constance Thomas with David Nicholls and William Gilbert yeomen of Craswall as overseers.
