Requests to be buried in Clodock church.
Beneficiaries:
To son, Rees John, £20, 2 kine, one red mare, a house lying in Ewyas Harold with an orchard and '2 years rent for the same', six sheep and lambs, and the best pot as decided by the executors.
To daughter, Katherine Rees, 20 marks [£13 6 8d], 2 kine, half the household stuff and six sheep and lambs.
To Harry Landon, one cow, a 3yr old heifer and £6 13 4d 'on condition he shall find sufficient unto my executor that he shall not wilfully consume the said £6 13 4d' [the meaning of this is unclear]. If he dies his wife and legitimate children are to have the money.
Also to Harry Landon, 2 sheep and 2 lambs, one cloth; with a lamb for Harry's eldest son.
To son, Phe [Phillip] ap Rees, £6 13 4d, at the executor's discretion.
To sister, Gwenllian, 2 kine.
To son, Harry, 5 marks [£3 6 8d]
To sister Alsen [Alison?] a cow and a 3yr old mare.
To Jolen[?] Harry, a one yr old heifer, a sheep and a lamb.
To David Harry, 2 sheep and another 2 to Symond John Thomas.
To Thomas Harry, a one yr old bullock and a mark [13/4d].
He instructs his executor that his 4 oxen together with the sum of £4 owed him by James Prees Parry of Michaelchurch Escley be put toward the settling of a debt of £10 he owes to Thomas William Powell of Michaelchurch Escley.
To son, John Rees, the other half of the household stuff.
He instructs that his executor shall not be charged with any desperate debts as may not be recorded by him and of this last will and testament.
Executors: Lewis John Prytherch, brother.

Observations:
Documents include a bond no date given with bounden Lewis John Prytherch of Clodock gent and Thomas ap Henry of the same, gent. in a surety of £200.
It is interesting to see that the testator whilst a yeoman seems to have been something of a local banker and had two gents as sureties on his bond.
