Beneficiaries:
To son, Phillipp Thomas Prees, her house, outhouses barns etc. etc, meadows and leasows to his heirs and assigns for ever with all deeds and writings concerning he premises
To daughter, Mary, wife of Rees Phillipp Parry, 2 kine.
To daughter, Margery, wife of John Prosser, one cow.
All the remainder of her goods, after the payment of her funeral expenses and debts to her executor.

Executor: her son. Phillip Thomas Prees.
