Beneficiaries: To eldest daughter, Constance, '…all that mansion house or capital messuage …called… Myle Hunts House' in Clodock; formerly 'in the tenure and occupation of one Paul Delahay' and all his other property in Clodock, Craswall and Ewyas Lacy. Also all his tenacies which were assigned from David Thomas, gent. on 1 Februaury 1658 [the 2 bottom lines on the page indistinct here]
To wife, Sibill, one half of the rents of the said premises or the interest on £220
To daughter, Margaret, the capital messuage called Cloth y Hopbin in Michaechurch Eskley and also the land belonging to Tyr David Lane in the same parish which testator had from his brother in law, Thomas Watkins and John William Prichard, redeemable for £200.
The said £200 and interest to daughter Margaret. Nevertheless, Sibill, wife is to have half of the rents if properties are unredeemed or half the interest of the £200.

To Sibill, wife, all the household provisions, and if she remains unmarried all the 'household stuff' implements of husbandry, which on her death or remarriage are to be divided between the two daughters. Also to Sibill, 8 cattle, 4 Oxen, a bay mare, 'my black horse' all his corn and grain in the house, barns or the ground, 2 yearling beasts, 2 weaning calves, all the swine and poultry.
To servant maid, £3.
To daughter Johan, a cow.
All the remainder of his goods and chattels not bequeathed to be equally divided between wife Sibill and two daughters, Constance and Margaret.
