Beneficiaries:
To daughter, Constance Thomas, a black mare and 4 kine.
To Gwyn Thomas, son, 2 kine, 2 oxen and a 2 year old colt.

To sons, Gwyn and Hugh, the bull and the heifer of 2 years old '(in the dividing thereof I hope there shall be no difference)'.
To son, Hugh, 2 kine.
To his 4 grandchildren, Elizabeth the eldest, daughter of Gwyn, second, William, son of Lewis, third, John son of Gwyn and fourth, Thomas another son of Gwyn, 4 calves.
To Sible Gwyn, granddaughter, one cow.
To Gwyn Thomas, the bond due from Phillipp John Lewis with the [hole]
To daughter, Constance, the tithe bought of [hole] albieff [this will be Walbieff] out of which she is to pay Hugh, £6. Also to
To Sinay, daughter of Gwyn Thomas, one young sow.
To Gwyn and Hugh, a quarter of the fat bull shortly to be killed, to be divided between them.
To son, Hugh, 4 ?? yds of cloth now in the making, to make him a suit of clothes and 4 [fold] out of the hide of the said bull to buy him a pair of shoes.

To daughter Constance, 'half the house aforesaid (with the croft under the house where the beans are sown the last year)'.
To Hugh, 15 bushels of 'Cath'[?] the rest in the barn to Gwyn also to him the yellow bullock..
To Constance, the great pan, the great pot, the best bedstead with 2 feather beds with appurtenances and all wooden vessels except one barrel which Gwyn is to have and one 'sufficient barrel to Hugh'.
To Gwyn and Hugh, 4 pewter platters, with the rest of the pewter to
To Gwyn the second pan and the bedstead in the minor solar.
To Hugh, the second pot and the bedstead in the next solar.
