1.   Will: dated 1 October 1632
He requests to be buried with funeral expenses paid in the parish
church of Michaelchurch Escley .
Beneficiaries:
To nephew, Thomas Parry, son of Phillipp Parry, 'all my lands within the parish of Michaelchurch Escley which I late purchased and bought of Howell William Powell [or it might be
Prichard ] of Michaelchurch Escley and all my right and title for his lifetime' and then to his legitimate heirs. Failing such heirs the bequest is to pass to Lewis Price, son of John Price, gent of Newcourt and his heirs.
Out of the profit of the land the executor is to take £5 and distribute it, at his discretion, between the poorest of the testator's kindred at two feasts, Easter and Christmas 'by equal portions'
.
Executor: nephew, Thomas Parry with overseer, John Wiliam.

Witnesses: John William, Anne Parry and Thomas Jenyngs.

Observations:

The documents include a Bond dated 4 July 1633 with bounden Ann Parry of Llanvihangel [Welsh for Michaelchurch] Escley , John William of Clodock, yeoman and David Jones of St Davids county Brecon clerk in a surety of £100.
There is also a probate given to Ann Parry during the minority of Thomas Parry ??? Anne was most likely his mother.
